For the Nike SB X Air Jordan 1 Lance Mountain release, Tactics will use a lottery system to randomly select people from our local Eugene/Springfield *qualifying area* who want to buy the shoes. Select which color you want (sorry, can’t get both), fill out the form below and if you’re selected, you have won the rights to purchase the kicks, which means you still need to come into the shop and pay for them. There will be no first-come, first-served lineup. There will be no online sales. Winners will be notified June 6th. The shoes will be available for purchase June 7th.

1. No purchase required. Entries must be submitted via the Tactics lottery posted at grind.tactics.com. Entrants are required to provide a valid name, e-mail address, zip code, shoe size, phone number and must submit the entry by clicking the “Submit” button. One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be deleted. Entries will be accepted until 11:59 a.m. PDT on Friday, June 6th, 2014.
2. A select number of winners will be selected from eligible entrants by random drawing on June 6th, 2014. Winners will be notified by e-mail and phone and given seven (7) days to complete his or her purchase. If the purchase is not completed, a new winner will be selected from qualified entrants. To receive a copy of the winners list, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to NSB X AJ1 Lance Mountain Sweepstakes, c/o Tactics, 375 W. 4th Ave., Eugene, OR, 97401.
3. Prize information: Prize package includes the right to purchase one (1) pair Nike SB X Air Jordan 1 Lance Mountain Skate Shoes, a $149.95 value, from our Eugene, Oregon retail store. Winners must provide a valid ID that matches the name submitted for the lottery. Sizes available: 8-13.
4. Eligibility: Contest is open to any legal U.S. resident living within the qualifying Eugene/Springfield boundary areas extending to Harrisburg to the north, Vida to the east, Cottage Grove to the south, and Veneta to the west. Entries living outside this area will be deleted. Tactics employees, their families, and employees and families of their partners are not eligible.
5. Terms & Conditions: Entrants agree to receive periodic promotional e-mail newsletters from Tactics, but will not receive any e-mails for any other party or company. Entrants may opt out from receiving Tactics e-mail newsletters at any time.
6. Release of Liability: Tactics is not liable/responsible for: Loss of entry – including, electronic/computer/communication malfunctions, damage caused by virus/bug or non-authorized intervention; Injury, or property damage in connection to/with contest, or contest results.
