Tactics skate team rider Caleb Grant is a skateboarders skateboarder. As cliché as it might sound, he really does eat, sleep, and breathe skateboarding. From sun up to sun down, it’s just skate, skate, skate. We were stoked to see two-plus minutes of raw Peep Game footage show up on our news feed last week, so we hit up the dude who filmed and edited the clips to see how the footage came about. Here are a few questions with Eugene-based filmer Joey Orsini.

Watch what Caleb and Joey put together in this short edit below.

Where was most of this footage filmed?

All the footage was filmed in either Eugene, Junction City, Portland, or Beaverton.

Any extra long road trips for a filming mission?

It was all just casual fun days skateboarding that I brought my camera along. Occasionally we’ll be hanging out and have an idea or a spot we wanna go to and a trick he wants to try.

Peep looks pretty relieved after landing that nose grind 180 at the end. Was he stressing for a while? Do you remember any spots/tricks giving him problems?

He actually had landed that nose grind 180 four other times and wasn’t happy with any of them. Same with that switch flip, fakie nose 270 line. He had landed that like second try but didn’t think it was good enough and had to do it again… And again.. And normally that’s how it goes. Hah.

What kind of set up are you filming with?

I think I’m filming with the same setup that tactics just got. Canon 60D and a Rokinon fisheye for most of the clips.
